- The following are the terms of an agreement between You and Scribbling Side Hustlers (hereafter “SSH”). By accessing this website (the “Website”) or any other SSH Product, You acknowledge that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with applicable laws and regulations based on Your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of SSH. Should You disagree with anything contained herein, please do not use this Website or any SSH Product.
- For these terms and conditions, “You” shall include any purchaser of SSH content and will include all natural persons and legal persons, who, directly, indirectly, or implicitly, are affiliated, related, or associated with You or Your agents. Anyone included in this definition shall be bound by these terms and deemed to have accepted them upon purchase of any SSH Product.
- For these terms and conditions “Product(s)” includes all three versions of the Scribbling Side Hustlers course, including tiers ‘Hustlers’, ‘Scribblers’, and ‘VIPs’ along with any and all original content included in these tiers including video, image, slideshow, Word document, PDF, or any other original content created as supplementary or additional material for the Products. Products also include all ‘Acceleration Sessions’ and voluntary subscriptions to the SSH Newsletter.
- In purchasing or signing up for one or more SSH Products, You hereby agree that SSH will gain the following personal information about You: name, email address, business name, billing address, and/or physical address. In agreeing to purchase and/or sign up for an SSH Product, You hereby agree to be contacted by SSH via email.
- SSH may, without notice to You, at any time, revise these terms and any other information contained on the Website. SSH may also make improvements or changes in the standards, software, services, or programs described on the Website at any time without notice.
- SSH reserves the right to change, update or discontinue any aspect of this Website or an SSH Product at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as modified. SSH may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing an SSH Product, You agree to be bound by any such revisions.
- Unauthorized use, appropriation, or reproduction of SSH Products in any form whatsoever, whether in the absence of a contract or outside the use permitted by same, may result in charges issued to You based on charges incurred at the time of such unauthorized use, in addition to any other such legal rights and remedies as may be available to SSH based on their jurisdiction. You hereby acknowledge and agree that such charging as per these terms and conditions and any such additional remedy shall be deemed to be appropriate and reasonable in the circumstances.
- SSH hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited permission to access and view SSH Products as a customer of SSH provided You comply with these terms. All other use of this Website and Products is prohibited.
- SSH shall assume no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided by SSH. The use of such information, advice, or suggestions offered through SSH Products is undertaken at Your own risk.
- You hereby acknowledge that individual outcomes will vary and SSH is under no obligation to ensure Your personal success while employing the models espoused in SSH Products. Each user of SSH products, services, information, and offerings, may have different backgrounds, income levels, linguistic prowess, motivation, or other factors that are outside of SSH control. As such, SSH will not guarantee any level of success (like finding steady work, landing pitches, or making a minimum amount of money) from Your access or purchase of SSH Products. You must use the contents of the SSH Product at Your own risk.
- SSH makes no representations whatsoever about other websites, which You may access through the Website. When You access a third-party website, You undertake all of the requisite risks and responsibilities of the said website and acknowledge that it is wholly and completely separate and independent from SSH and SSH Products.

- SSH may, from time to time, present affiliate links throughout the Website or through an SSH Product. By clicking and/or purchasing items via certain links on the website or Product, You acknowledge that SSH may receive a commission.
- SSH undertakes to offer full refunds within six (6) calendar days (including weekends and state or religious holidays) after receipt of the first week of content (i.e.: before the second week’s content is released) of the SSH Product. This refund guarantee is not subject to substitutions, extensions, or transfers. To receive a full refund, a request must be made via email, to a duly appointed SSH agent within the above-demarcated time span.
- If You have signed up for an installment payment plan, You hereby authorize SSH to continue to access to Your financial information as stored by SSH or through any of SSH’s third-party financial processing entities until full settled payment for Your purchased SSH Product is fulfilled.
- You hereby agree not to make any false, negative, disparaging, critical, abusive, threatening, or otherwise defamatory comments, whether written or oral, nor cause or encourage others to make any such comments, about or to SSH, its clients, affiliates, students, agents, or stakeholders. Should You engage in such malicious or threatening conduct, SSH shall be entitled to immediately terminate Your use of any SSH Products as SSH may deem appropriate. It is within SSH’s discretion to allow any user to access its Products, and SSH may revoke this access at any time without notice.
- This policy is governed exclusively by, and is to be enforced, construed, and interpreted exclusively in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of South Africa, or the laws of the Country in which a breach, dispute, or action arises, at the sole and unfettered discretion of SSH, and such laws shall be deemed to be the proper and applicable laws of this. Each Party will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts and all courts having appellate jurisdiction thereover, in any action or application proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy.
- If any provision contained in this policy is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, it shall insofar as it is severable from the remainder of the policy, be deemed to be omitted from the policy and the validity of the other provisions contained in this policy and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
